Job Description :
- Screening of CV’s from database, job portals, employee referrals etc.
- Sourcing of candidates, do initial screenings and final interview
- Interview job applicants, review resources, evaluate applicant’s skill, make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualification.
- Contacting short listed candidates to appear for the test/ interview through formal mail/ telephonic calls.
- Briefing of candidates prior to the test and conducting test.
- Meeting Recruitment Targets in terms of number, cost and quality.
- Maintain and reporting accurate information on recruitment and maintaining MIS.
- Negotiating salary with selected candidates
