Handling End to End recruitment Cycle.
Sound understanding of Business Process
Manage client relationship , New Client Generation, Headhunting, Delivery on Mandates ,specially at Senior Levels
Interface with all levels of management and support client's requirements or staffing needs.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Quickly understand which new technologies and solutions are driving the market opportunities
Should have excellent communication skills and Inter personal skills.
Good Negotiation are desirable.
Very good communication skills.
