2-3 yrs of exp in Struts 1.1, 2.0,Springs, Hibernate, webservices.
Should possess good communication skills.
Should have knowledge of documentation like SRS etc.
Should have complete knowledge of SDLC.
Knowledge of FLEX will be an advantage.
