· Browsing through the clientele websites.
· Timely and accurate categorization of customer feedback
· Understanding changing requirements and managing customer expectations
· Maintaining regular client communication
Shift Timings:-
2:00 PM to 11:00PM & 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM [Rotational timings]
Ghatkopar (Pick up & drop from Andheri & Mankhurd station are provided to our employees)
Skills Required:
